Remember you need to contact forex.com make a formal request for the Forex Charts by Esignal package, then they create the signal account, this could take two to four days.

How to run your existing trading software and the eSignal ForexCharts at the same time:

Once you receive an email with your user name and password for the Forex Charts by Esignal you would download the Forex Charts by Esignal from the Forex.com web site and install it on your desktop and put in your NEW user name and password that Forex.com gave you when it asks for it in the installation process, NOT your current 4xfeed signal username and password but the new one provided by Forex Charts by Esignal in the email you will get after sign up.

Then shut down and restart your computer then re-open the existing trading software. Click on “file”, then “properties” in the Esignal data manager and the new Forex Charts by Esignal username and passwords will be populated in the fields.

The software should be working fine then. Several “Tests” have indicated that the running of existing trading software is smoother and more stable if you have downloaded the eSignal ForexCharts package, whether the charting is running or not.

How to keep your existing trading software running as usual:

When your 4xfeed is still running and you do not wish to use the eSignal’s ForexCharts.  Just replace the Username & Password inside the eSignal Data Manager while the Software is running.

Or . . . If your existing trading software data feed has been turned off or does not have an active ($99) data feed hooked up ... then restart your existing trading software … it will say you must upgrade but the software is not populating, since you have not been paying the 4Xfeed. Next while the existing trading software overview is on, click the eSignal Data Manager on the Toolbar at the bottom of your screen, click off the grey screen saying “Limitation on use …”, select File then Properties.  Within the window “Connectivity”, enter your NEW Username ( ID ) & Password given by Forex.com, click OK  … your existing trading software will be Running as usual.
